Instruction Guide for Uniden Alarms

Uniden America Corp. manufactures a range of electronic products varying from cordless telephones, two-way and CB radios, telecommunications systems for businesses, marine electronics and other wireless communication products. Many come equipped with an alarm that is simple to set up and use.

Time

Before you set the alarm on your Uniden appliance, you will first need to set the correct time. Press the "Menu" button and "TIME" will appear on the digital display. Press "select". Set the time by using the four arrows keys. Press the up and down arrow keys to select the hour and then move to the minutes setting by pressing the right arrow key. Once you have selected the desired minutes move onto the AM/PM setting. Press "select" again to return to the "Menu" mode.

Alarm

Press the "Menu" button, then press the up/down arrows until "ALARM" appears on the display. Press "select" to start setting the alarm. Use the four arrow keys to set the alarm. Toggling between the up and down arrow keys will allow you to switch the alarm either "ON" or "OFF". Selecting "OFF" will return you back to the menu mode.

Select the desired alarm hour by using the up and down arrow keys. Move to setting the minutes by pressing the right arrow key; select the desired alarm minutes by using the up and down arrow keys. Move on to select the time of day (AM/PM.) by using the right arrow key and select the proper setting by using the up/down arrow keys. Press "select" to confirm your selection and return to the main menu.
