  • Eat healthier to improve libido and sexual stamina. Fresh vegetables are always a good place to start. Consume lots of fruits, especially darker colored berries rich in nutrients that may improve vascular function. Stick to whole grain carbohydrates such as brown rice. Eat your fill of soy products and legumes. Nuts, fish and olive oil are also good sources of omega 3 fatty acids which may help with blood circulation. You should also increase the amount of water you drink. Consume at least 64 fluid ounces of water daily to stay properly hydrated.

Additional Lifestyle Changes

  • Make additional efforts to complement the aforementioned strategies. Avoid foods containing sugar and processed ingredients. Do not eat fried food either. Reduce your intake levels of caffeine and alcohol. Cut back on smoking or quit altogether. Try not to fall into a sedentary lifestyle. Exercising regularly and watching what you put in your body is one of the best ways to naturally boost libido.
