Fold with the right sides together to create a piece that is approximately 34-by-3 inches. Sew down the length of the fabric. Sew the elastic onto one end of the fabric place at about 1/2 inch from the edge of the fabric. Sew hook side of the fastener onto the wrong side of the fabric at the other end. Sew loop side of the fastener onto the wrong side of the fabric opposite of the hook side.
