How to Remove Chocolate Stains From Teeth

Ingesting certain foods and drinks on a regular basis can cause teeth to take on a yellowish appearance. One such food is chocolate. However, the fact that chocolate can stain your teeth does not have to mean eliminating it altogether. By limiting your chocolate intake and using an inexpensive recipe for teeth whitening, you can enjoy the occasional candy bar without letting your appearance suffer.

Put the baking soda in the dessert cup.

Add the drops of hydrogen peroxide to the baking soda.

Mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide with the head of the toothbrush.

With the tablespoon used for measuring the baking soda, scoop the mixture onto the bristles of the toothbrush.

Brush your teeth gently for at least one minute.
