Keyboard shortcuts are useful time saving tools. The direction your monitor faces can be changed with a keyboard shortcut.
Flip Your Monitor
On some Windows based computers, pressing the following keys will change the orientation of your monitor:
Press and hold the Ctrl and Alt keys on your keyboard, then click the Down, Left, Right, or Up Arrow, depending on which direction you want the monitor to face.
Flipping your monitor can be useful in some software applications. Monitors mounted in certain locations may require the screen to be flipped in order to be viewed correctly. It can also be a fun trick to play on someone. Just make sure to let them know how to flip the monitor back to its original position or this can be a frustrating situation.
