Weight Loss Drinking Only Herbalife Shakes

Save

Herbalife nutritional shakes contain vitamins, minerals, protein and many other nutrients required for optimal health. Drinking two Herbalife shakes per day will not only increase health but also help shed some unwanted pounds. It is recommended by Herbalife to eat one regular meal a day along with the shakes, but drinking only Herbalife shakes may bring more rapid weight loss.

Shakes

  • Drinking only Herbalife shakes can get tiresome after a while and lead to diet failure. To keep this from happening, try introducing variety to your shakes by adding fruit or other healthy ingredients. Spice up your breakfast with a chai latte: add part of a banana, some cinnamon, ginger, clove, liquid tea concentrate and a few ice cubes to a vanilla Herbalife shake.

At lunch time, add a cheesecake shake to your menu. Just mix in 1 oz. low-fat cream cheese to any flavor Herbalife shake. Or maybe you prefer apple pie: try adding a few apple slices and a little cinnamon to a vanilla shake.

Dinner is usually the time when cravings set in, especially when on a liquid diet. If you find yourself cheating by eating some form of solid food around this time, it is fine---you will still lose unwanted pounds. Help to relieve your cravings with a pineapple orange coconut shake: add frozen pineapple chunks to a vanilla Herbalife shake, along with orange and coconut extract.

For a warm variation, try a hot cafe mocha. Just add a dash of cinnamon and a couple teaspoons of instant coffee to a chocolate Herbalife shake. For the holidays, you can make an eggnog shake by combining cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract with vanilla shake mix. Or create a candy cane shake by adding a few drops of red food coloring and peppermint extract to a vanilla shake.

Warnings/Tips

  • Weight loss from drinking only Herbalife shakes can be achieved by drinking no more than three shakes per day. Drinking more than this amount may cause weight gain due to the increase of calories.

For best results when mixing shake ingredients, use a blender.
