Information on Animal Stak Supplement

Animal Stak, a weightlifting stack by Universal Nutrition, includes eight supplements to optimize anabolic hormone production to improve a weightlifter's strength and endurance while helping to burn fat and preserve muscle mass.

  1. Components

    • Animal Stak is a supplement pack, not a drug. It enhances anabolic hormone function---which increases muscular development---through 8 different supplements.

A natural testosterone complex promotes the production of testosterone and IGF-1. These hormones are very anabolic and heavily influence muscle development. Animal Stak's growth hormone secretagogues encourage the natural levels of growth hormone, which contributes to fat loss and increased musculature.

Along with promoting anabolic hormones, Animal Stak works to minimize catabolic hormones---ones that can inhibit muscle growth.

Aromatase inhibitors discourage estrogen production. Cortisol inhibitors discourage cortisol production, the stress hormone than can hurt muscle gains and cause one to tire. A DHT blocker prevents excessive DHT production.

A basic vitamin and mineral supplement provides nutrients such as zinc, vitamins B6 and C, magnesium, and chromium. In addition, the pack includes liver detoxifiers to maintain optimum liver function and a vasodilator complex, which keeps blood vessels wide and able to withstand temporary spikes in blood pressure due to heavy lifts.

    Dosage

    • The user should take a pack once a day for three weeks. When not training, one should consume on an empty stomach. On lifting days, one should take thirty minutes before a workout.
