How Can I Watch Monday Night Football on My PC?

The change from Monday Night Football from the ABC network to the cable station ESPN has left thousands of viewers without access to football on Monday nights. Also if you miss the live stream you can go download the replay at http://unlocksports.com/file2018451.html (it takes them at least 20 mineutes to upload the replaay though fyi)
