Using Detoxification to Lose Belly Fat

Detoxification diets help to remove accumulated toxins in your body that are naturally stored in your fat cells. Detox diets can be used to target specific areas of the body, like your abdomen, and can reduce the amount of undesirable belly fat. There are many detox diets that can help you diminish abdominal fat, all of which vary in terms of what you will be allowed to eat and the foods and beverages that you should avoid.

Colon cleansing diets usually require that you use a specific supplement made of herbs to clear out any accumulated toxins within your intestinal tract. You will also be offered vitamins and minerals as well as necessary amino acids in a supplement form to rebalance your digestive tract and restore the healthy bacteria in your intestinal tract. In some colon cleansing diet systems, you are given herbal teas to consume that help promote bowel movement regularity.

Colon cleansing diets diminish low energy levels and fatigue, incidences involving gas and flatulence, and they improve your digestion. If you are bloated, you may have a protruding abdomen. A colon cleansing diet can help your abdomen look thinner quickly, because it alleviates gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. You will also have fewer hunger cravings after you begin a colon cleansing detox diet, and your moods will be regulated as well. With an improvement in your mood, a colon cleansing diet can make all of your weight loss efforts far more successful. This type of diet must be continued with a diet that contains healthy foods, the right amount of calories for weight loss, and regular exercise to prove effective over the long term.

Pu’er tea is a Chinese tea that encourages a healthy metabolic rate. This tea may intensify the body’s ability to decompose abdominal fat, diminish cholesterol levels, reduce your overall body weight, and control your blood pressure. Pu’er tea can also be consumed to detoxify your liver, to diminish your risk of getting an intestinal infection, and to fend off some forms of cancer: the tea is high in antioxidants, and therefore, has the ability to destroy cancer-causing free radicals in your body. This tea can be safely consumed three to four times each day for weight loss and for diminishing unwanted belly fat. Consume the tea with a diet that is healthy, based on your daily caloric needs, and that provides you with all of the vitamins and minerals that you require for optimal health. You should also exercise at least three times a week for thirty minutes a day for maximum weight loss.

Juicing is another diet that can be used to get rid of belly fat and undesired weight. The juicing diet involves the practice of fasting for a short period and continuing juice consumption until desired weight loss is achieved. A juice fast uses vegetable and fruit juice only for two to three days. Some juice diets allow for the consumption of broth or herbal teas, or you can have a juicing fast that involves the consumption of juices and uncooked as well as cooked vegetables and fruits. After the fast, you have the option of consuming juices along with small meals, or using juices to replace a meal a day until desired weight loss is achieved. Juicing detoxification diets not only help to reduce abdominal fat, but they help to lower blood pressure, reduce your risk of getting certain cancers, and improves digestive processes. You should take a fiber supplement to ensure adequate fiber intake while juicing, and avoid the use of carrot greens, apple seeds, and rhubarb greens during juicing since they are toxic.
