Traditionally Romanians celebrated love and brotherhood on Feb. 24 with the holiday Dragobete; it was a day for teenagers to gather together and flirt. Today, wealthy teenagers and young 20-year-old Romanians celebrate Valentine's Day, which is seen as a reason to party and send and receive gifts.

    Tote

  1. Buy a tote bag and place dark red picnic blanket, one box of chocolate candy, one bottle of Pinot Grigio, two wine glasses, one wedge of Kashkaval cheese, a cheese knife, a bottle of olives and two small plates inside the tote bag.
  2. Flowers

  3. Place a blossoming red rose on top of a box of fine, white chocolate and tie it with a black velvet ribbon.
  4. Picture

  5. Take pictures of different locations like the mountains, an elevator, inside a car, etc. and place them into a photo album. Write an erotic note beneath each picture.
