- Sweep half of the hair up by using braids pinned into place. For very long hair, a tiara or halo can be made of the bride's hair in a fine braid. Incorporate ribbons, beading or tiny baby's breath flowers into the braid. Wrap the braid around her head, securing it with bobby pins. Allow the rest of her hair to flow down the back, straight or with added curls. Long ribbons also can be tied to the back side of the braid to flow down her back.

Keep it simple, and pull bangs back with a decorative accessory. This can sit at the top of the head, or low at the center of the back of the head, depending on the length of hair. Coordinate with the wedding theme, and use butterfly clips for a summer gathering or small icy blue diamond encrusted combs for a winter wedding.
Pull the bangs back into a simple low ponytail secured with a neutral rubber band. Place a decorative halo over the crown of the head for a simple sleek look. - Curl the hair, and secure the ringlets with hairspray. Then, one by one, use neutral- colored bobby pins to sweep them up and pin them high on the head, keeping the bobby pins hidden with the curls. Keep the look natural, and allow the curls to flow down in a random pattern. Leave the back of the hair laying long and curly down the bride's back. This look should be simple, loose and casually swept up.
