- Use the alphabet to create a 26-page scrapbook album for your baby boy. Choose a word for each letter that portrays a boy. Use words like adorable for a, boisterous for b and even cantankerous for c. Choose photographs in which your child shows that particular word, feeling or action to use on the page. Journal your thoughts, information about the picture and the date onto a solid colored piece of card stock or paper, and add it to the pages. Use stickers, ribbon and die-cuts throughout the page to add dimension and decoration.
- Record all of your baby's "first" moments. Make a scrapbook page for his first tooth, first steps or first haircut. Include photographs from each for each of these milestones. Decorate the page with embellishments like stickers or die-cuts that portray the particular step, such as shoes for the first steps or a pair of scissors for the first haircut. Use a solid colored piece of card stock or paper to write down his actions, facial expressions, and the words or motions he used during each milestone and include your own thoughts.
- Make a scrapbook dedicated to your baby boy's first year. Include a page for each month throughout the year. Use photographs of him at each age on the pages and write down the milestones that he accomplished each month, including weight, height and growth patterns. Add an extra page for each holiday or special occasion from that year that includes photos of him on that day. Include information about the event, what gifts he received, a list of the guests and where the celebration was held.
