- Massaging the scalp encourages blood flow, circulation and growth of the hair. Besides massaging your scalp while washing and rinsing your hair, take time each evening to massage it all over for about 10 minutes. Once a week, massage 2 tbsp olive oil slowly and firmly into your scalp. The nutrient-rich oil will help condition and nourish your scalp, while the massage will stimulate hair growth.
- Gelatin is a natural product that may encourage fast hair growth. It will increase the strength and improve the appearance of your hair. You can take gelatin supplement capsules daily, or mix dry gelatin into your favorite sauces or drinks. You can add it to fruit juice, spaghetti sauce and cream sauces. It is odorless and tasteless.

There are a couple nourishing hair masks that you can coat onto your hair to help increase the strength of the strands while promoting growth and moisturizing your hair.
A hair mask made of eggs, honey, beer and one banana, should be used once every two weeks. In a bowl, mash the banana, then add 1 tbsp. honey, one egg and half a cup of flat beer. Mix it well with a fork, then smooth in generously over your scalp and coat the length of hair. Tie your hair up, and cover with a shower cap if desired to avoid any mess. Let the mixture soak in for at least 90 minutes, then rinse off with clean water. The banana and egg nourish the hair, while the honey moisturizes and the beer provides volume and thickness.
The second mask is for stimulating the scalp with onion and honey. Grate an onion and squeeze as much juice as possible into a bowl. Massage this juice directly into your scalp until you begin to feel tingling, then massage a generous amount of honey on top of that. Leave on for about a half hour, letting the onion juice stimulate the hair follicles and the honey deeply moisturize. Do this every day for about a month.
