The trampoline is a great source of exercise and aerobics, but jumpers of all ages can enjoy a wide variety of games on the device as well. Miniature trampolines do not offer many gaming options, but large trampolines open up the jumping possibilities. Classic games converted onto the trampoline add an exciting twist that leaves jumpers healthy, happy, and entertained. Use these trampoline rules as guidelines for your own trampoline or adjust them to make the games cater to different ages or number of jumpers.

    Basketball

  1. Basketball on the trampoline can make a 4-foot person feel like Shaq. Use a portable basketball hoop or a children's basketball hoop and secure it to the trampoline. A portable hoop with a pole makes set up a lot easier by just setting it near the edge of the trampoline. Assign 1-on-1 games or 2-on-2 games. Do not allow slam dunks on the hoops because they could easily get damaged. Play up to a score or by timed quarters and declare a winner.
  2. Endurance Challenge

  3. Have all the players stand still on the trampoline. Start jumping around in a clockwise circle. The object of the endurance challenge is to last longer than the other players. Continue jumping, and if a player stops or falls, he must leave the trampoline. As the game continues, add in different jumps like spins, hops or on one foot to increase competition.
  4. Dodgeball

  5. The object of dodgeball is to avoid a moving ball controlled by the different jumps and movements of players on the trampoline. Have players line up around the outer edge of the trampoline. Use a rubber kickball or plastic inflatable ball as the dodgeball. Start the game by throwing the dodgeball in the center of the trampoline. If the ball contacts a player, she is eliminated and must sit down until the game ends. Add in multiple balls and different sized balls to increase the challenge.
  6. Popcorn

  7. The object of popcorn is to see how long a player can last as they flip and flop around the trampoline. Choose a player to be the popcorn. As the popcorn, he must lay in the center of the trampoline and curl up in a ball. The other players must jump around that player and try to get him to release the ball. The player that holds the curled position the longest is the winner.
  8. Synchronized Jumping

  9. Play this fun timing game and entertain crowds when it is complete. Use 2 to 4 players to practice and learning jumping techniques that can be performed at the same time. For example, each player can jump up, spin, jump, land on his knees, wave his hands in the air, and jump up again. There are many different combinations to create and players can even play memory games by challenging other players to recreate certain move steps they performed.
