Natural Beauty Tips for Baggy Eyes
Baggy eyes can be caused by a number of factors. Allergies, illness, stress and lack of sleep can all contribute to baggy eyes. With a few lifestyle changes, along with some natural quick fix beauty tips, baggy eyes will become a thing of the past. Does this Spark an idea?

Cold Water and Ice
-
A cold compress is one of the fastest ways to get rid of baggy eyes. It is an added bonus that this quick fix is absolutely free to do. Grab a wash cloth, and soak in ice cold water. Place the cold cloth over the eyes for 15 minutes, and baggy eyes will instantly start to heal. Alternately, place a few ice cubes inside a damp wash cloth, and place over the eyes. If you are on the go and don't have time to wait 15 minutes for the full effect, grab an ice cube and rub directly over the under eye bags. This will quickly reduce bags and let you get on with your daily activities. If at any point the cold compress is too cold to keep on the face, just take it off for a few minutes.
Green Tea
-
Green tea contains EGCG, which works as an anti-inflammatory. This will heal baggy eyes, and give new purpose to tea bags that would otherwise be thrown away. Brew some green tea. Place the used tea bags in the refrigerator to chill. Place the tea bags over the baggy eye area for 15 minutes. This will instantly help reduce the appearance of under eye bags. Alternately, set aside a small cup of the green tea, and soak a small cloth or cotton round in the green tea. Place the cloth over the under eye bags for 15 minutes. This will also work to quickly diminish under eye bags.

Vitamin K
-
Vitamin K is also known to keep baggy eyes at bay. Vitamin K can be found in a number of eye creams, specially designed to prevent eye puffiness and under eye bags. Vitamin K capsules are also available.
Healthy Living
-
A healthy lifestyle can also keep baggy eyes at bay. Increase your daily intake of water, as dehydration is one of the main causes of baggy eyes. Drink six 8 oz. glasses of water each day to keep the body fully hydrated. Get the required six to eight hours of sleep each night. Finally, remember to eliminate salty foods from your diet, as salt makes the body retain water, which cause baggy eyes and puffiness.
