As long as certain criteria are met, Gleim guarantees you will pass the CPA exam. If you don't pass on your first try, Gleim will give you your money back or allow you unlimited access to study materials until you pass the entire exam. Although the Becker guarantee is sinmilar, only the Gleim pass guarantee gives you an option of receiving your money back. The downside to using the Gleim review course is that access to the online portion of the study materials expires after a certain amount of time.
