There are many ways to store towels in your bathroom regardless of how big it is. Instead of having towels lying all over the place, keep them looking neat and convenient to reach. An organized bathroom is more functional. Towel racks, shelves and cabinets are three of the many storage solutions for towels.

There are different kinds of racks for storing bathroom towels. Railed hanging towel racks can be used to put folded towels on top or you can hang towels on the rails. An under-hanging rail towel rack also has hanging space for your towels. A multi-tiered towel rack can be put on the wall near your bath or shower, giving you the convenience of having clean towels when you need them. A single rod mounted to the wall is a rack that gives you another place to put a few towels. You can add as many rods as you need.

Put shelves on any empty wall space in your bathroom. Space above the toilet is an unused area that can house shelves for storing towels. Build shelves directly into the wall. Adjustable shelves fit on a wall piece so you can modify them the way you want. If there's room, put shelves behind the doors for towel storage. Vertical space over doors or windows can also accommodate shelving. Put a basket or container on the shelf and put your towels inside.

Bathroom vanity cabinets provide towel storage. For more space, have a vanity cabinet customized in the width or depth that you need. Bathroom floor cabinets usually have a door on the bottom so you can keep towels inside and out of sight or you can use the t shelves above the door. An armoire is a large cabinet that has lots of storage space inside, and doors to keep the contents hidden. Place an armoire in your bathroom to store towels and linens.
