The formula for finding the volume of a sphere is 4/3 pi radius cubed. Use 3.14 for pi. For example, assume the radius of the sphere is 3 inches. To calculate the volume, use the formula with correct measurements inserted -- 4/3 3.14 27. The volume of this sphere is 113.04 square inches.
