The RCA Lyra MP3 Pro is a compact flash memory-based digital music player. It features long battery life, FM radio capability and an expandable slot for SD memory cards. Using the RCA Lyra MP3 Pro is relatively simple once you learn how to transfer music and use the menu navigation controls.

    Setup

  1. Insert a AA battery into the player. Connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB cord. The USB socket on the player is located on the back of the player under a rubber cap. Turn on the Lyra MP3 Pro to begin the installation process.
  2. Transferring Music

  3. Open "My Computer" and look for the new drive created for the RCA Lyra MP3 Pro. Transfer music files and folders you want to store on the player into this drive. After the transfer is complete, disconnect the player from the computer using the "Safely Remove Device" feature located in the Windows taskbar.
  4. Playback Controls

  5. Navigate the Lyra MP3 pro menu using the controls located on the sides of the player. The up and down buttons scroll through the song list. The play button selects and plays a song. During playback, the up and down buttons control the volume. The right and left buttons control the track selection. To turn the player on and off, press and hold the "Play" button.
