Atlantic City, New Jersey is known to be a destination for casinos and gambling. What prospective visitors may not know is that it is a great place to visit for things to do during the day as well as for its fiery nightlife. If you are considering visiting Atlantic City, know that there will be plenty to do to occupy your time during your stay.

    Dine at a Fantastic Restaurant

  1. Atlantic City has a myriad of restaurants, including Wolfgang Puck American Grille and Bobby Flay Steak, both of which are located at the Borgata. There are so many restaurants to dine at in Atlantic City, you will undoubtedly have a problem choosing which one to try first. Whether you are eating at an upscale locale or a casual place, the food in itself is an experience you do not want to miss.

  3. Atlantic City is quite the entertainment hub. There is always a great deal of fantastic entertainment to experience whether you are staying for a day or more. In addition to shows such as the Air Show, there are also boxing matches and performances by big name entertainers. Whatever day you visit, there will undoubtedly be a show for you to enjoy.
  4. Go Shopping

  5. Whether you win or lose money at the casinos, the stores will make you want to spend some of your money. All across Atlantic City there are fabulous stores and outlets such as Gucci, Swarovski, Timberland and Armani.   7. While you may not think of Atlantic City as the place to have a relaxing spa day, you will leave thinking otherwise. There are numerous fantastic spas to visit including the Trump Plaza Health Spa and Spa Toccare at Borgata. Going to the spa is a perfect way to relax after a day of gambling.
  8. Visit a Museum or the Aquarium

  9. Atlantic City offers several museums and an aquarium that will delight both adults and children. The Ripley's Believe it or Not! Museum, the Atlantic City Aquarium and the Noyes Museum of Art are just some of the interesting places that can keep you entertained and occupied during your visit. Admission prices vary according to place, but it will usually be under ten dollars per person.
