- You're wearing your favorite shade of bright lipstick, so don't mess up your entire look by smiling and have lipstick stain your teeth. After applying lipstick, put one finger into your mouth, close your lips around it and draw it straight out. The lipstick that's adhering to your finger won't be stuck to your teeth when you smile.
- What if you don't want everyone to know which glass was yours when dining out? Before you sip from a cup or glass, discreetly lick the rim before you place your mouth on it. The trick here is to be discreet, so you may need to practice the quick flick of the tongue before trying it out in public.
- After you apply lipstick, take a two-ply tissue and separate the plies. Using one tissue ply, place it over your lips. Now dip a fluffy makeup brush in loose powder and brush it over the tissue, directly over your lips. When you remove the tissue, you may see a little powder deposited on your lips.
