- Throw a "these are a few of my favorite things" party. Include the information on the invitation about the party theme. Have each girl bring a collection of pictures of her favorite things. Before the party ends, and after all the pages are completed, have each girl present her page to the guests. It's amazing what friends can learn about each other.
- As each girl arrives, take a photo of her with the hostess. Take a photo of the entire group as well. Start the party with the munchies and any games they might enjoy and take pictures of everyone as they play. Print the photos and distribute them to the girls. Have them make memory pages about the party, including any prizes they won, etc.
- Around the holidays, everyone is looking for a way to give that special gift and little girls are no exception. Have them bring along special pictures and mementos that they want to include on a page they will give as a gift to their mother, father, grandparents and friends. Talk to them about the feeling behind the page and how much a handmade gift can mean to people.
- What little girl doesn't want to be a princess? Have each girl bring pictures of her favorite Disney princess. Provide tiaras to wear for each girl and, while the girls are munching, print out information about each character, including lyrics from songs or lines from the story. Have girls include the printouts on their scrapbook pages along with any additional ribbons and stickers that relate to their princess character. They can make their pages sparkly by adding glitter to their princess pictures. Have some of their favorite princess movies playing in the background.
