- Hold the controller the way the game demonstrates. It may sound silly, but the game was designed to respond to certain combinations of the movement of the X, Y, and Z axis gyros inside the controller. For example, the dart game has you hold the controller like you are launching a paper airplane: Holding it another way will throw your aim off quite a bit and you'll never hit the bullseye.
- In some games, such as the milk bottle challenge, you can take a moment or two to aim but taking longer than that will make your aim more and more erratic. Take a second or two to get the feel of where your aim will hit, but no longer.
- Be consistent. Some games, such as Skeeball, are like bowling. You need to swing in the same way every time to hit where you want it to go. Twisting your hand, even subconsciously, can put "English" on the ball and make it spin off to a low scoring ring. Keep your wrist firm and your swing energetic without being wild.
