The Treatment

Rub your feet with warm olive oil and place them in a warm bath for 10 minutes. Then thoroughly rub your homemade exfoliating salt/honey or buckwheat/avocado mix for a few minutes on each foot. Next, generously slather on avocado puree or honey on your feet, and scrub gently with a pumice stone for a few minutes. Wash off with warm water and rub your feet with Vaseline. Put on a soft pair (or two) of cotton socks. You can do this before going to bed. For daytime, rub into your feet a generous amount of one part olive oil, one part almond oil, and one part flax seed oil. Cover your feet in a pair of thick cotton socks to prevent moisture loss.
