Self-help is a form of self-improvement that addresses emotional, intellectual or economical issues in a person's life. Bookstores around the world have entire sections dedicated to self-help books related to divorce, relationship advice, living positively and being a happier individual. Learn to live a happy life through positive thinking and goal setting. Find out how to deal with narcissists and compulsive liars. Even learn to reduce stress in both life and work. When people take control of their own life, they are free to improve and develop with satisfying results.
