About the Presenter

D.W. Walker D.W. Walker, an alumna of Manhattanville College, spent her collegiate career as a varsity basketball and softball player while student training in both the sports medicine and strength and conditioning departments. Walker was responsible for teaching and supervising athletes in Olympic lifting techniques, developing training programs for faculty, and supervising basic flexibility and physical therapy for injured athletes. This combination helped mold and develop her foundation in strength/resistance and flexibility training. Presently in pursuit of a master's degree in athletic training, Walker is an independent contractor primarily based out of Planet Fitness, and has AFAA, EFTI, Zumba, CPR/AED, and first-aid certifications.dkdk
