She loved it so much that she pursued a degree in it. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Meiczinger coordinated over 100 weddings at Orlando's Veranda Bed and Breakfast. Fully involved in every event, she handled details from start to finish that ranged from helping brides select their special date to coordinating a romantic horse and carriage send-off after the wedding.
