Jeri was certified as a Pilates instructor through Core Conditioning Physical Therapy in Studio City, California. She was trained by physical therapists to use Pilates in order to rehabilitate injured clients as well as ballet dancers. Pilates increases flexibility, strengthens the core and lengthens the muscles. Jeri's certification program was over 450 hours of education.
