John Snell John Snell has been involved in fitness for many years. He is employed full time at a local destination spa. This has enabled him to teach many people from all over the world. Snell owns Nia Connecticut Fitness & Spa where he teaches fitness and is a therapist. Snell is certified in fitness through NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) and also with Spencer for yoga and Pilates. He has studied and practiced yoga for many years and currently teaches nine yoga classes weekly.
