Bainter is Behavior Manager at SPCA Tampa Bay, as well as an evaluator for AKC's Canine Good Citizen Test, a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Bainter has trained under nationally-recognized trainers, and attended the first Pets for Life training.
