Carie Ellington Carie Ellington is an event planner who has worked with the Vinoy in St. Petersburg and the Ala Carte Event Pavillion in Tampa, FL. She began her craft work with creating signs for sporting events and worked her way to baby showers, weddings, corporate events and product promotions.
