About the Presenter

Julio Anta Julio Anta owns Anta’s Fitness & Self Defense in Doral (Miami), Florida. He is a Kung Fu Master with 30 years of Martial Arts & Fitness training and is a certified Haganah F.I.G.H.T. instructor, a personal trainer, and an instructor for fitness kickboxing and kettlebell. He has cross-trained in boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. In 2006 he was honored as the United States Martial Arts Kung Fu Master of the Year. In 2005, the City of Doral proclaimed a certain date Anta’s Fitness/Self Defense Day. He received the EFC Black Belt School's Outstanding Martial Arts School award in 2005, and in 2004, he won the Miami Dade Martial Arts Excellence Award.
