Since the beginning of time man has sought to predict the weather accurately and precisely. Today with all the technology and electronic instruments we have at our disposal we are more accurate than ever at predicting not only rain and precipitation but also himidity, temperature, cold and warm fronts, pressure systems and much more. I can find out the pressure levels in Austin, the temperature in Guam and how humid the Amazon rain forest is with just the click of a mouse. Although there have been vast improvements in technology and remarkable discoveries over the past several decades we are still only scratching the surface of learning how this planet operates and how we, as humans, effect it.
