Since the dawn of time people have been sleeping...on the floor, on mats, on cots and eventually on real beds. There are many benefits to sleeping, including increased energy, increased immune system activity, rest and the ability to live. In general, most people find sleeping beneficial and doctors recommend sleeping on a daily basis. Sleeping on a bed is preferable, though some people prefer sleeping on hammocks or the bathroom floor, or in the chair at the doctor's office, right next to you, snoring and with drool hanging from the side of their mouths. Whatever your preference for sleeping places, sleeping is key to life.

In this free video series, our expert will demonstrate how to make a bed. Beds are perfect for sleeping because they are soft and warm and usually pretty clean. You will learn how to flip a mattress, clean a mattress, and fix the dust ruffle on a mattress. You will also learn how to place the sheets on the bed, along with the blanket and comforter. This is a good video for young bachelors who never learned how to make their beds and want to impress girls with their superior bed making skills. Good luck guys!
