There is only one king on a side or one queen on a side and the object of the game is to take the opponent's king or queen depending on which side you are on. This is one of the oldest board games known dating back as far as the 4th century BC. Today there are tournaments and professionals that make a living with the game.

This is a great informative series that will teach anyone how to easily play and win at Chinese chess.
