Sleep is a very important part of everyone's day. Commonly described as a sleep pattern, people have developed interesting ways of disrupting this resting routine in a variety of ways. Unwillingly deciding to take cat naps, waking in the middle of the night to move our legs and even walking aimlessly are just a few of the methods man has invoked as an answer to weariness. This eight hour daily regiment plagues our weekends and Sunday afternoons with disorders and activity for no apparent reason but to encourage the necessity of more sleep. Of course sleep disorders may find their end in time, but until then people should look towards treatment and proper diagnosis, so as to regain our rudimentary passion for rest.

In this free video series our medical expert Taylor Smith will address several interesting components of sleep disorders. You'll learn about obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and even insomnia. Taylor will thoroughly introduce both the causes and treatments to these ailments as well as some common misconceptions about sleep disorders. You'll learn about your sleep patterns and whether or not you should seek medical attention or guidance. Watch this video series and put your bad sleeping habits to rest.
