Stanford engineer Gary Craig created Emotional Freedom Technique as a quick and easy-to-use method to influence the energy system of the human body. Practitioners tap themselves with their fingers at acupuncture points on the hands, head and upper torso as they repeat aloud the problem which is causing them distress. Clients have used EFT to treat everything from allergies to money worries. In essence, you are nagging yourself into submission, so that when your body and your mind does give in, your issue will be resolved and you will feel much better. For instance, focus on a problem that his been bothering you, perhaps a procrastination issue such as your failure to watch more videos on the Expert Village site. You repeat the phrase “I will watch more Expert Village videos” or some variation thereof three times per each acupuncture point as you tap continually, three times while tapping the karate point on your hands, three times while tapping between your eyebrows, three times while tapping just below your collar bone, and so on, tap tapping all the while.
