In today's world, we have all kinds of products and procedures that stop the ill effects of aging. As a culture, many of us seem to embrace the youthful look instead of gracefully growing older. Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure that is usually performed in order to improve the function and/or the appearance of a person's nose. Rhinoplasty is commonly called a "nose job," and can be performed to meet aesthetic goals or for reconstructive purposes to correct birth defects or breathing problems.

Dr. Michael Walker Dr Michael Walker is a board certified M.D. and F.A.C.S. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and he was the past president for the Texas Cosmetic Surgery Society. Dr. Walker was Cum Laude in the Bachelor of Arts program at the University of Texas. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He has interned at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals, Texas Medical Center, and Houston. He completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical Center/Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. He is certified by The American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
