For decades makeup has been used to heighten or conceal facial and other features on actors on either a screen or a stage. It is almost always the case that every actor involved with a project wears some sort of makeup during a performance. This includes lotions, powders, lipsticks, polishes and many more examples. Makeup can be used to create an extreme look or make a person look like someone completely different like a zombie or a vampire as well. The cosmetics industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and much of that has to do with stage and video performances and their active participation in them.
In this free video clip series you will learn how to apply several different types of makeup from lipstick to rouge and how to attain certain looks that will transfer well to the performance.
