Books are part of our lives. Like old friends, we return to our favorites for comfort, for reassurance, for inspiration. In fact, some of us even prefer books to people: if only the humans in our lives were so steadfast and reliable. Karen Weisman Karen Weisman graduated from Boston University with a degree in Hotel and Food Management. Since then, she has helped a national grocery store chain develop and launch a gourmet food division. Karen has worked as a manager at a large catering company as well as owned & operated her own her restaurant.
