One of the most popular instruments today is the guitar. It is a beautifully sounding and very versatile instrument that can be played in any style and at any volume. Another very popular instrument that is just as versatile if not more so is the human voice. Many people today who choose to learn one of these instruments often choose to learn the other relatively soon after. Depending of the musical part you are playing it is relatively easy to sing and play the guitar so people gravitate to it quickly. There are many things one must learn with each instrument though in order to play and sing at the same time or to be good at one or the other.

In this free video clip series our expert, Brian Hudson, with explain a few basic yet important details on both the voice and the guitar so that you will be able to not only play the guitar well and sing well but so that you can do them both together. Learn how to increase your vocal range and some exercises you can do to strengthen your voice. Also learn how to tune your guitar by ear and several fingering techniques to increase your knowledge of the fretboard and hand coordination.
