Paper snowflakes have long been a popular winter crafts project for kids. He begins with the supplies you need, then shares a few tips about folding and designing guidelines. Matt Cail Matt Cail is a painter, makeup artist and cartoonist who grew up drawing Dracula. While in college, he acted in, directed and designed the University of Washington's campus haunted house.
