Guts Frisbee, also known as guts disc, started in the 1960's in Ann Arbor, Michigan by the Healy brothers. Much like dodgeball, guts frisbee is played by two teams on opposing sides throwing disc frisbees at each other with the hopes of scoring points. As the sport progressed, the game became even more intense with discs being thrown at 60-70 mph's. One guts player required 15 stitches after a frisbee sliced his hand open.
