In the Twenty-First Century weightlifting is as popular as ever, with many events in the Olympics, thousands of gyms all across the world and a Gold's Gym on almost every street corner. Weightlifting exercises are great for losing weight and building muscle as well as maintaining a healthy heart and veins. There are many exercises for nearly every muscle you can name and a correct and an incorrect way to workout those muscles. One specific muscle that is important to strengthen is the triceps brachii muscle that extends just below the shoulder to just above the elbow and opposes the biceps on the other side.
