In these videos, our self defense instructor will teach you techniques for defending yourself from attackers from the outside position. He will demonstrate how to execute strikes and kicks. Not only will you learn how to punch and kick from the outside position, but you will also learn techniques for controlling your attacker.

Unfortunately, some times in order to defend yourself you must do more than simply strike your attacker. In these videos, our expert will teach you the correct form for putting an attacker in armbars, wristlocks, shoulder cranks, chokes and headlocks. You will also learn proper technique for various takedowns.
