Mixed Martial Arts, or MMA, normally associated with Ultimate Fighting Championship and K-One Fighting, blends many different fighting forms including: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, Boxing, Taekwondo, Hapkido, wrestling and any other fighting form that the martial artist chooses to incorporate into his combat reportoire. Mixed Martial Arts has been increasing rapidly in popularity for the last 15 or 20 years. MMA fighters have historically trained in a specific martial art such as Muay Thai Boxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu before combining the techniques; however, in recent years students have begun to train specifically for MMA with a variety of trainers from various fields of combat expertise. If you would like to learn Mixed Martial Arts techniques and to understand what it takes to become a Mixed Martial Artist, learn from one of our experts.

In this free online Mixed Martial Arts video series, learn beginner MMA techniques from Grand Master Jean Le Grand, AKA the Phoenix Sensei, as he and the instructors at his school disclose and demonstrate MMA techniques. Learn what it takes to become a Mixed Martial Artist and learn fighting techniques, such as how to grapple, how to use a wrist lock to defend against a choke hold, how to throw an opponent, how to perform an arm bar, how to take down an opponent and put them in an arm bar, how to fight multiple attackers and win, how to use a wall run in a fight, how to do a hook kick, how to use joint locks to defend yourself and win a fight, how to disable an attacker, and how to find an MMA dojo and trainer.
