Kung Fu as a term refers to the broad and diverse field of Chinese martial arts, but all Chinese martial arts are broken down into four parts for instruction: basics, forms, applications and weapons. In Chinese culture, the term Kung Fu is more than a description of martial arts, it can refer to great skill in anything, and usually includes certain philosophies that are specific to Chinese culture. In this free video series, our expert will demonstrate Kung Fu self-defense techniques individuals can use without going through formal training. Escape methods, blocks, holds, snake and tiger style techniques, as well as headbutts are described and demonstrated.
