A putt is a shot designed to roll the ball along the ground. It is normally made on the putting green using a putter, though other clubs may be used to achieve the same effect in different situations. Putting is very individualistic and many different putting strokes, stances, and styles have been used over the years. Many golfers disregard the motto, "Drive for show, putt for dough" but putting is usually about one half of all the strokes in an average round of golf. One of the fastest ways to improve your golf game is to improve your putting.

In this free golf video series, a golf instructor will help improve your putting game. He will review the putting grip, stance, and importance of putting as well as review the various types of putts including sidehill, uphill and downhill putts. He will also give you some drills to improve your putting and get you on the road to lower scores and winning your weekly golf matches.
