Sports have always been one of the most physically demanding things we do to our bodies as humans. Football, rugby, hockey are extreme contact examples of this. Soccer, basketball and lacross are a few less contact driven sports that still physically are demanding because of the amount of running involved. Either way you had better be in shape come 4th quarter or you will lose. That's why we're here to give you a few tips on how to get into shape and good condition for the start of your sport's season.

In these few video clips our expert will show you some of the most important ways you can stay in shape so that your 4th quarter or third period in as strong as your first. This includes weight training and cardio training including bench press, squats, leaps and lunges, all of which will feel awful during but make all of the difference in the game or meet. So take your time and learn these right so that you can do them in your off season and wow everyone next year!
