Series Summary

Snowboarding might just be the best sport on the planet. Can you think of a sport that is more exhilarating? I suppose if you hate going fast and seeing breathtaking scenic views, then snowboarding isn't for you - but who would that be? Beginning snowboarders find out very soon that slow snowboarding is pretty much a paradox. Yet restraint is necessary for several reasons, two of which are people and trees. Another reason to restrain speed may be that a beginner's ability and snowboarding technique is not exactly proportional to the force pulling them down the mountain. For you beginner snowboarders there is a good balance of speed and technique and you can learn it for free from one of our experts.

In this free snowboarding how to video series, learn advanced snowboarding tips and techniques from expert snowboarder and snowboarding instructor Kevin Byford. Kevin will show you not only how to go fast, but how to go fast safely. Additionally he will demonstrate and teach you important snowboarding skills such as how to snowboard in trees, how to turn in powder, how to carve on a snowboard, how to switch feet while riding, how to cross-under turn on a snowboard, how to cross-over on a snowboard. Kevin will also fill you in on the "proper" snowboarding lingo, to keep you up to date on colloquial communications.
